About the role

Due to our ever-growing Rail Systems portfolio, we have an immediate opportunity for a Senior Project Manager – Signalling to join our team in Perth, WA.

You will deliver project outcomes, whilst maintaining or improving planned revenue, gross margin, and cash flow expectations. You will also be responsible for:

  • Project planning and management documentation
  • Bid and tender process
  • Approving purchase agreements and sub-contracts for all suppliers/sub-contractors
  • Primary contact with the customer nominated representative for designated projects
  • Monitor and control the project financial baselines, investigating any variations to plan, and forecasting project revenue, costs and cash flows
  • Mobilise project team and assign internal responsibilities for delivery of specific project requirements

About you

You have exceptional leadership skills, with strong quality and continuous improvement capability. You drive a ‘Safety First’ culture and have solid Signalling / Rail Systems background. You also possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering and Project Management
  • Advanced systems, operational planning and reporting skills.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to build relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands
