About the job

This role proactively safeguards Activ by working with key stakeholders, providing tools and advice that are practical, adaptable and effective to enable staff to operate in an effective control and risk management environment that supports strong business performance and quality customer outcomes. The role has a focus on monitoring and facilitating the implementation of effective risk management practices across the organisation, reporting risk related information.

This position is available on a full-time permanent basis, located at our Wembley office with work from home option.


Key duties

  • Development of risk framework and governance for both project and operations as well as policies, processes, procedures and all relevant documentations associated with risk. 
  • Establishment of risk management system and programs
  • Risk mitigation through early identification, communication and management.
  • Facilitate risk workshops and internal audits across all business units and project. 
  • Risk measurement and reporting
  • Establish and ensure risk awareness and visibility across the business


Role Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in risk management
  • Demonstrated experience in the implementation of risk management program
  • Experience in development of risk framework & governance
  • Experience in facilitating internal audits
  • Well-developed report writing skills with experience in writing policies, procedures, board papers and submission requests Risk Certification
