JOB DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate has a passion for food and beverage, a genuine ability to connect with guests and staff alike, and brings the core value of 'TEAM' to the restaurant. A natural leader, you are responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while leading service on the floor. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage all day-to-day activities of the venue
  • Have responsibility over all operations from the bar, events, kitchen team and service
  • Run the service periods of the venue and create a training based service driven culture
  • Create innovative programs and promotions that drive revenue through increased guest patronage
  • Aid in all financial budgeting operations to maximise profitability


Qualifications & Skills

  • At least 1-2 years' of full-service restaurant/venue management
  • Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Approved Managers License
  • High understanding of cocktails, wine and spirits
  • Proven ability to train and motivate teams
