  • Responsibilities


  • Building relationships with our existing customers to understand their needs and help provide solutions using our product suite
  • Developing new business by reaching out and gaining the trust of potential customers
  • Acting as the voice and advocate of the customer inside the organisation; ensuring their product needs are met and they get the support they need to use our products to their best potential
  • New customer onboarding implementation training, providing a positive experience for our customers at every step
  • Participation in audits related to coding and billing
  • Developing product Key Opinion Leaders
  • Ongoing account management, always being available to the customer and nurturing your relationship
  • Working towards sales goals to support business growth


About you

To be successful in this role you must come from a clinical or healthcare background and have strong stakeholder management skills. You'll be passionate about quality outcomes for patients, and have ability to build rapport quickly. Comfort in working independently and self-motivation is critical to the success of this role as you'll spend a lot of time on the road visiting customers.
