About the role

Based in Melbourne or Magill/Barossa, this role drives the Penfolds Hospitality (Cellar Doors, Restaurant and Kitchen) digital consumer experience with a focus on visitation, awareness and engagement with new and existing consumers. . It is also responsible for Penfolds Direct to Consumer (DTC) member acquisition and visitation campaigns, leveraging Cellar Doors, Events, Digital across our Penfolds Wine Club & Hospitality Venues.

  • Execute Penfolds Hospitality marketing strategy focused on driving visitation through owned and 3rd party digital channels
  • Coordinate local area advertising, event and experience promotion, POS and Cellar Door marketing initiatives as required
  • Collaborate with Penfolds Marketing team to execute ANZ digital marketing programs focussed on driving Cellar Door visitation (SEO, SEM, Paid Social campaigns)
  • Responsible for the effective and efficient management of assigned budget

About you

With a background in marketing, communications or equivalent, we are searching for a digital marketing professional with experience in the FMCG or liquor industry. You will be able to effectively liaise with multiple stakeholders to execute strategies within defined timelines and budget.

  • Experience with lead gen and working to budgets and success metrics
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite (photoshop/indesign), CMS (SFCC an advantage) and social media marketing applications
  • Passion for media, communications and digital technology
  • Highly developed oral and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively
