The Opportunity

Working within our Project Delivery Group, you will manage a diverse range of projects within our Electrical/SCADA program from end-to-end, ensuring they meet objectives and are delivered on time.


This is a permanent full time position that can be located in Hobart, Launceston or Devonport. The position attracts a total remuneration package of $105 - 118K per annum (including superannuation).


Key Accountabilities


  • Manage the entire project life-cycle to meet project objectives, from assistance with preparation of business case through project start, design, procurement, manufacturing, erection and installation on site, commissioning, acceptance testing, handover and defects liability period.
  • Manage construction programs on site as necessary, including management of contractors and subcontractors, and assessing and enforcing compliance with technical and safety requirements.
  • Ensure projects are delivered to scope, budget, within schedule, to the required quality, within health and safety and risk requirements, and compliant with TasWater’s policies, processes and procedures.
  • Oversee the daily operation of contracts for works and assess compliance with contract terms and conditions.
