This opportunity is best suited to an influential leader with a growth mind-set who will coach and deliver a world class end to end customer experience across key account touchpoints aligned to the Haier brand. You will be responsible for leading the execution of sales strategy plans to develop and grow Haier product and brand with your team in regions nationally.

In this role you will:

  • Provide influential leadership and development to regional teams, leading implementation of national training program initiatives.
  • Support regional execution of sales strategy aligned with National Haier Sales Plan, including driving towards budgeted and target outcomes.
  • Drive alignment in regions on the national training and sales coaching objectives.
  • Drive and translate strategic priorities into aligned plans for execution.
  • Be responsible for the national implementation of the Haier in-store experience, POS and category displays.
  • Manage Haier retail accounts, ensuring execution of strategic plans including annual sale targets, product placement, marketing and
  • promotional programmes.
  • Act as a brand ambassador in interactions with all stakeholders, role modelling our F&P/Haier leadership behaviors.

You'll need:

  • Influential People leadership abilities in sales with a proven track record in this space.
  • Effective business planning skills.
  • Ability to translate strategic priorities into aligned plans driving great results.
  • High level of competency facilitating and training group sessions.
  • Demonstrated track record of growing a brand.
