Job Description

We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist for our Sydney team; someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing, and ever-changing environment and excels in utilizing technology to drive business growth.

As the Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • the creation, execution, optimisation and measurement of paid media advertising to support acquisition campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Search, Display and Video.
  • end-to-end functional management of paid media (including programmatic) platforms including managing and monitoring all campaigns and ensuring they are within budget
  • liaising with Marketers and Partnership Manager to understand requirements and execution plans for campaigns
  • marketing programs to test and learn creative, ad sets and spend for continuous improvement
  • reporting on results, insights, recommendations for all campaigns reduce spend and increase lead generation
  • manage and prioritise multiple campaign strategies at one time ensuring that customer facing deadlines are met and revenue opportunities are maximised
  • maintain & nurture relationships with external vendors and key internal stakeholders within the company such as the broader Digital and Data team and Incubeta
