Digital Director

As Digital Director you are responsible for delivering market leading digital strategies across your brand portfolio. You will also have responsibility for the development and coaching of junior members within your team and should have strong relationships with wider account groups, creative agency partners and media owners. 

Your day to day…

  • Ownership of client's roadmap delivery, leveraging your knowledge of the work produced by the Programmatic, SEM, SEO, Analytics, CRO and Market Research teams across PHD;
  • Management of an implementation team, as well as Ad Ops resources and wider SBU's – this should include guidance, training and leadership of this team's digital development;
  • Delivery and guidance of digital media planning across all stages of the funnel – from Awareness and Consideration campaigns to Direct Response initiatives;
  • Responsibility for KPI delivery and reporting and optimization insights across all stages of digital, with support of both the Activation teams, as well as other relevant business units.

Who are you?

  • You've had around 5+ years' experience in strategy/planning/implementation of digital campaigns with a mix of brand-led and DR focused accounts
  • You understand the latest trends in the digital ecosystem (SEO, SEM, Web, CRO, Analytics, Data), whilst also understanding the broader media environment
  • You're fuelled by the need to deliver the best output for your clients and can anticipate their needs
  • You're able to think critically and fully evaluate solutions to problems.
  • You're able to get the best out of your team and people look up to you as a mentor

Salary Package for this role ranges from $90,000- $120,000
