Job Description

This role is based at our head office which is located in Kings Park, North-West of Sydney with branch offices in other states around Australia and New Zealand.

Specific Tasks:

  • Assist in answering general enquiries related to HR & Payroll matters
  • Administering the Time and Attendance System for the relevant pay cycles
  • Preparation of new starter access in the relevant systems
  • Utilise the company’s internal systems to record and maintain HR Data accurately
  • Using Visio for updating Org Charts
  • Fleet management & Mobile Phone Coordination
  • Gather and collate information from internal HR and other stakeholder departments
  • Coordinate required personnel/training documents and update database
