About Us:

Possability is an Australian non-profit organisation, providing a range of quality individual and flexible support options, supported accommodation, employment and training, respite and intensive support for people with disability and children and young people with a history of adversity. Possability is the trading name for all disability services and child and youth services that we deliver in Tasmania, Victoria, and Queensland.

Who we are looking for:

Reporting directly to the Skills and Development Lead, you will have excellent time management and interpersonal skills. A team player, you are objective and results-driven with a dynamic and proactive approach.

Role Requirements:

  • Review, develop and continuous improvement of targeted skills programs, training solutions and organisational development programs for Possability.
  • Engaging internal or external subject experts to collect and maintain core procedural information and systems that manage exceptional Possability services.
  • Provide facilitation, training moments or lead and coordinate skills training and organisational development schedules, responsive to needs or mandatory requirements and relevant administration.
  • Contemporise and utilise methods for high staff engagement in content, retention of information and capability building within key operational and management roles.

About You:

  • A minimum Diploma qualification in Human Resources Management or experience deemed to be the equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience working in HR or related role
  • Training and Assessment qualification (preferred)

Other Requirements:

    • Current unrestricted driver’s licence relevant to the location in which this role-based.
    • State-wide travel as required to meet business needs.
    • Provision of a satisfactory National Police Check.
    • Provision of a Working with Children registration with an NDIS endorsement.
    • Provision of a satisfactory pre-employment medical questionnaire.
