Job Description

A "make it your own" role within IFS will provide you with an opportunity to flex your entrepreneurial muscle, utilize your innate curiosity and test your resilience. You'll be working collaboratively with a team of industry experts as you develop and execute a territory plan designed to accelerate sales of our strategic solutions, premium engagement services, upgrades, as well as supplementary products and services within existing IFS Install base customers.

As a newly created role, this is an individual contributor position without people management however we are open to candidate seniority and can place the role at a managerial or director level for the right candidate dependent on level of experience.

The primary focus for the role of the Customer Account Director/Manager is revenue growth and ensuring all key metrics are delivered within existing accounts. The Customer Account Director/Manager is both an office-based and customer facing role, requiring gravitas and comfort communicating with and selling to executive-level customers.

You will be responsible for the growth and account development of IFS’s existing Install Base through programs focused on upselling and x-selling our Industry-leading products and services

- Own pipeline generation of opportunities across the Install Base territory to create sufficient cover to achieve personal sales targets.

- Develop the sales strategy and account plans to expand the IFS solution footprint to existing customers - achieving sales growth and account development, as well as qualify leads, generate sales and close business.

- Partner with appropriate teams and departments to proactively identify new opportunities and execute demand generation activity through creative approaches

- Drive innovative solution propositions into the customer base with industry specific knowledge and business value propositions

- Whilst predominantly a desk bound role working flexibly both from home and from our office, you will be expected to travel to meet key existing customers face to face or to host them at IFS offices from time to time.

You'll bring with you:

- A proven track record of ownership and execution of the complete sales lifecycle from initial territory profiling, proposition development, prospecting, engaging clients in sales pursuit, closure, booking and ensuring engagement of suitable internal or partner resource to assure a successful implementation.

- A history of overachieving sales targets

- A desire and willingness to learn, a curiosity and desire to succeed and determination to overcome obstacles

- A naturally positive, high energy and infectious attitude

- An ability to build and nurture relationships with existing Install Base Accounts and contacts for the purpose of establishing, developing and maintaining positive business, identifying new opportunities and providing ongoing value assurance

- An understanding of the importance of accurate forecasting and data hygiene on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis

- Confidence developing relationships using remote communication methods such as emails but also thrives pick up the phone as well as present face to face.
