Job Description

As a Sales & Marketing Assistant you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the sales process and be the go-to person for a team of four high-profile agents.

The key responsibilities of this role are:

  • Assisting in the research and preparing of Property Appraisals and Submissions.
  • Coordination of appointments and liaising with property stylists, photographers, and other suppliers.
  • Preparation of property marketing, agent marketing and ensuring brand compliance.
  • Uploading property listings online.
  • Updating and managing CRM data and supporting the sales agents with their database management.
  • Ensure all relevant documentation is filed according to legislation requirements.
  • Track campaign progress and deliver reporting as required.
  • Provide support to the agent at open showings.
  • Design and deliver electronic direct mail pieces.
  • Co-ordinate the invoicing to clients and trust accounts.
  • Liaising with solicitors and coordinate contract exchanges.
  • Provide pro-active administrative support to the Senior project Marketing Managers.
  • Co-ordinate and promote the business through relevant social media channels
