This leading Group of RTO's is seeking an Enrolments Coordinator to manage enrolments.

Your new company
This organisation is one of Australia's leading Education Group of Registered Training Organisation (RTO's) and is focused in offering the best vocational education and training (VET) courses for apprentice trainees, adult student, job seekers and corporate clients. This organisation is looking for an Enrolments Coordinator to join their Team in North Sydney campus for a permanent role.

Your new role
Your new position as an Enrolments Coordinator will entail a broad range of responsibilities throughout the Team, including organising enrolment and information sessions for the students and coordinating timetabling. You'll be booking venues, ensuring equipment and resources are ready for training and going to the first class to check in on the students and ensure all the paperwork is completed. In addition, engaging with the students and conducting surveys to ensure the quality of delivery standards is being maintained and working closely with the Trainers. You'll be working in the office 1-day a week, with the rest of the time travelling to the venues and working from home.

What you'll need to succeed
To be a successful candidate for this role you will have the ability to apply yourself to a fast paced work environment. You'll have your NSW Driving licence and be able to use a vehicle for work purposes. You'll be an excellent communicator, who is highly organised and is able to engage with students, trainers and the rest of the team effectively. Furthermore, previous experience in working with domestic students for a Registered Training Organisations (RTO) that delivers Vocational Education Training (VET) is essential. You will have worked with smart & skilled funding eligibility, administered student management software systems and be a highly engaging customer focussed student liaison.

What you'll get in return
This is an exciting role that gives you the autonomy to make the role your own and manage your own time. This role will be remunerated between salary of $65 - $75k + super subject to your skills and experience, with a car allowance included.
