Your role

This pivotal role will see you assume responsibility for the overall management and team leadership of the village. Accountable for operational performance and ensuring that the village is financially viable you help drive a customer centric culture.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Act as the village lead in the interaction with residents, residents’ committees and the local community
  • Contributing towards the strategic direction of the village including assessment of growth potential, asset management, maintaining excellent knowledge of community needs and market trends
  • Managing village administration and financials including reporting, invoicing, cash receipting, banking, budgeting, P&L and maintaining resident records
  • Ensuring safety and risk compliance is managed
  • Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

About You
You will have demonstrated experience in operations management in the Property/Asset, Hospitality or Business sectors and perhaps looking for an opportunity to step up and manage a small and vibrant village. This role will suit an individual who is comfortable working autonomously, able to think of their feet and to make constructive operational decisions.

You will possess:
