About the Role

To join our team, we’re looking for a talented Systems Analyst - Warehouse who is a highly organised and results-driven team member working as part of a team and external partners delivering to a Product Roadmap and prioritised Product Backlog, that supports and achieves the business goals.

The Opportunity

  • Participate in the design of applications, contributing technical insights and ideas that help translate business requirements into specifications for the solution.

  • Design and maintain applications to ensure ongoing and future business requirements are met.

  • Suggest improvements to technologies and systems to maximise efficiency and productivity.

  • Modify test scripts and troubleshoots existing tools and utilities to ensure the effectiveness of testing processes and procedures.

  • Ensure fit-for-purpose system testing and user acceptance tests are conducted on sprint deliverables, to ensure product quality.

  • Coach and train team members and business customers to build capability in the teams and encourage high performance.

  • Leverages technical knowledge and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure business outcomes are achieved.

  • Design options and recommend complete IT solutions for a specific business process on basis of requirements.

  • To ensure an ongoing and thorough understanding of the business processes and the Warehouse Systems that support the business requirements.

  • Review and sign off functional designs, ensuring they meet the customer needs.

Who we're looking for

  • A highly motivated and pragmatic team member who is keen to get things done and able to relate to others.
  • Circa 3+ years working with Warehouse technologies, preferably in Warehouse Management Systems such as WMS Blue Yonder, Voice Console, and Pyramid.
  • Have experience in performing testing on Warehouse Management Systems such as WMS Blue Yonder.

  • Strategic experience in delivering small initiatives or projects.

  • Identified operational problems and contributed to their solution/resolution.

  • Capacity for influencing and persuading using a logical, reasoned approach.

  • Demonstrates an analytical and systematic approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to plan, schedule, and monitor own work within limited deadlines and according to procedures.

  • Confidence to take ownership of the task, accountability for the result, and responsibility along the way.

  • Agile Delivery Skills.

  • Familiar with various types of Product Backlog items needed

    • New Feature vs.

    • Defect vs.

    • Innovation/Improvement vs.

    • Technical Debt Reduction

    • Non-functional Requirements
