ABOUT THE ROLE


Our customer base consists of direct consumers (website sales) large retailers and wholesalers, pharmacies, hospitals and aged care facilities. In this role, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):


  • Responding to incoming enquiries and provide prompt resolution (both phone and email)
  • Processing orders via SAP
  • Providing order status updates
  • Investigating and processing claims
  • Managing inventory
  • Liaising and providing general support to internal and external stakeholders - 3PL warehouse and logistics, supply chain and finance
  • Maintain data excellence
  • Working effectively in a team environmnent

About you

ABOUT YOU


This role is best suited to those who are passionate about delivering exceptional service to customers through excellent execution and being accountable for end to end order to cash process.


Ideally you will have:


  • Previous customer service/order processing experience within the FMCG industry or digital consumer environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with digital interface platforms, SAP is preferred
  • High attention to detail
  • Intermediate excel skills, ability to interpret data
  • Able to work in a collaborative environment
  • Passion to positively impact supply chain ways of working and drive process enhancements
