Job Description

A great opportunity has become available with atWork Australia for a Job Support Coach based in our Morwell Office; however, location can be flexible. This is a dynamic role supporting up to 30 customers to sustain employment by providing interventional support.
A Job Support Coach has a caseload of Post Placement Support (PPS) & Ongoing Support (OS) clients to provide on the job support and ongoing support to ensure Participants maintain sustainable and ongoing employment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on the job support to participants and employers to ensure Participants maintain sustainable and ongoing employment;
  • Effectively manage a caseload of post placement support and ongoing support participants by providing tailored on the job support and ongoing support Preparation for and involvement in Ongoing Support Assessments;
  • Run tracker meetings with Job Coaches, Employer Engagement Consultants and Regional Managers to ensure sustainable employment outcomes are tracked;
  • Actively engage with clients to positively advocate the atWork brand; and
  • Passing internal and external audits in line with Disability Employment Services contract.

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills; and
  • Ability to problem solve and implement new strategies.
