Excellent opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join a leading residential builder in Bendigo.

Your new company
This company is known for delivering high quality residential homes with outstanding customer service. Due to an increase in local residential builds, they now have an exciting opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join their successful team.

Your new role
In your new role, you will use your knowledge in residential construction and administrative experience to be successful in

  • managing customers files for their new home build process,
  • ordering plans and checking all quotes,
  • review specifications and contract variations,
  • undertake plan review meetings with customers,
  • meeting department KPIs, and
  • working in consultation with the estimation team.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

  • Prior experience in the residential construction industry (essential)
  • Experience reading plans (preferably residential)
  • Be meticulous with attention to detail
  • A professional manner teamed with your engaging personality
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to confidently interact with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong time management, organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Competent in the use of computer and systems
