About the Role

Utilita, a Joint Venture between Downer and Ventia, delivers planned, corrective and responsive maintenance services to Urban Utilities on their diverse range of water and waste water assets. Our delivery area covers Brisbane, Ipswich, Somerset, Lockyer Valley and Scenic Rim council areas

We currently have a great opportunity available for an IT Systems Coordinator who will provide support to the Utilita business by ensuring all bespoke IT Systems technical needs are developed and managed, issues and queries are resolved and system failures are identified and fixed in a timely manner.

This position plays a key role in supporting operational teams out in the field ensuring that service delivery is maintained at a high level across the contract. This is a challenging and varied role and you will be responsible for the following:

  • Ongoing development across IT systems such as Goformz, GIS, Power Bi and SAP
  • Identify operational improvements and optimisation for the business through the development of existing systems
  • Creating and maintaining Power Bi Reporting
  • Administer the Apple Business Manager system and Jamf Application management system
  • Develop and implement procedures relating to the control and management of documents
  • Responsible for maintaining Office 365 cloud systems (SharePoint/ One Drive)
  • Communicating system downtime and planned changes to users is an important aspect of the role, as is helping users understand the system when required

The Person

  • Demonstrate technical SAP skills, with emphasis on SAP ECC Production work order management
  • Experience working with Microsoft Power BI with particular focus on designing and publishing live progress reports through dashboards.
  • Ability to communicate across a broad range of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and a problem-solving aptitude, with experience working in an agile environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with GIS & Goformz is desirable
