The Vmation team are passionate storytellers who love communicating through video and animation. We help our clients refine complex ideas into engaging messages and we are looking for a marketing Coordinator to help grow our business through a growth phase in a post-Covid world.

We are the leading provider of corporate video and animation in Brisbane and have an enviable client list boasting ASX clients, Hospitals, Construction, Accounting and Law Firms, Universities, Government, and SME businesses. Our products are scalable allowing us to provide solutions to both small and large companies. 

We have excellent work-life balance initiatives and our studio is based in the heart of Brisbane. If you like food you will enjoy this office - we have our own commercial kitchen.

We are looking for someone who is multi-talented and looking to develop all facets of their marketing skills in a real-world growing business for 3 days a week. 

The Marketing Coordinator 

  • creates leads and supports the sales effort via procurement of targeted lists
  • responsible for supporting the development and execution of the marketing strategy for Vmation.
  • review and update all promotional and sales material to deliver a strong and consistent brand experience in line with the marketing strategy.
  • create, deliver and promote marketing and business development events, industry and community partnerships/sponsorships at a state-wide and local level, ensuring brand alignment and optimisation across all touchpoints. The objective of these partnerships/sponsorships and events is lead generation
  • to align the marketing strategy across all digital channels including the website, social media channels and SEM/SEO.

About You

  • You will have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable in writing copy for B to B audiences
  • You are comfortable talking with an SEO/SEM agency to monitor their performance and keep them accountable
  • You are keen to take the initiative to gain market share and drive sales
  • You are organised, but able to react quickly and prioritise as situations unfold
  • You are ambitious to prove yourself as a marketer and make a difference


  • Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy
  • Coordinate and execute marketing programs that contribute to lead growth, increasing conversion of leads to customers, improves customer loyalty, visitation and spend across the Vmation products.
  • Coordinate the development and delivery of marketing plans and campaigns, leveraging a variety of media and distribution channels - including social and digital media.
  • Plan, implement and report on all paid (and unpaid) tactical marketing activity and ensure return on investment is maximised.
  • Coordinate and maintain relationships with external providers of marketing services, including web and digital agencies
  • Develop, implement and coordinate high quality marketing and business development events as part of the sponsorships and partnerships
  • Manage the planning, production and distribution of event logistics. Attend events to oversee smooth operations and represent Vmation.
  • Provide high-quality editing and copywriting for marketing collateral and campaigns and website.
  • Coordinate the consistent development of all Vmation collateral
  • Ensure the creation and execution of marketing campaigns follow a robust, data-oriented approach to ensure appropriate allocation of marketing expenditure.
  • Assist in the evaluation, selection, and performance monitoring of marketing services suppliers and materials to ensure required outcomes are delivered.
  • Prepare a fortnightly activity report for review at the Marketing meeting
  • Regularly update and maintain marketing and events procedures
  • Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
  • Further knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices, and local marketing ideas and tactics with the team
  • Assist producers with client workshops create ideas and strategy (notes, preparations, and documentations)
