Remuneration: $ 97,642 - $ 106,365 + superannuation (dependent on qualification & experience)

We are currently seeking an experienced Sharepoint Specialist to join our Information Communication & Technology team at Broadmeadows Campus.

The Role:

You will be responsible for working with Applications & Data team to provide an ongoing development, administration, integration, support, maintenance and upgrades of the Institute's business portals and CRM. This includes Staff Intranet, Student Portals, CRM, Kangan and Bendigo websites, Diligent Boards, Digital Student Record solution, Mobile Apps and other systems used for collaboration, teaching and learning. You will deliver service to our business areas that allows the Applications & Data team and wider ICT department to meet the requirements following the ITIL Framework.

About You:

  • To play a key part in building conceptual architecture, design and develop solution options to addresses business requirements.
  • Collaborate in all the different project phases, from user requirements, through to planning, quality control, testing and release in production environment.
  • Partner with cross-functional technology teams and vendors to implement and integrate solutions.
  • Strong experience with SharePoint (2013, Online)
  • Strong experience with HTML5 and CSS
  • Strong experience with SharePoint 2010 and migration tools (e.g. ShareGate, AvePoint)
  • Experience with MS Dynamics CRM
  • Experience working with cloud- based systems
  • Skill in application and mobile App development (e.g. C#.NET, ASP.NET & AJAX) - (Preferred)
  • Skill in SSRS & SSIS - (Preferred)

Requirements:

  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications in information systems, computing or other relevant area. Demonstrated work experience within a similar role.
  • A valid Working with Children Check (WWC) Assessment Notice and/or WWC card
  • Police Check
  • Evidence of eligibility to work in Australia
