Client Services Officer

$45,000pa-$55,000pa FTE

Due to recent growth, there is a requirement for a Client Services Officer to join our Wealth Team. This role will be integral moving forward, allowing us to continue providing the highest level of service to our clients.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • General office administration duties
  • Providing support to the wealth team through all back office administrative processes:
  • Client file management
  • Planner support as required
  • After sales service offering to clients, thereby contributing to the ongoing client relationship
  • Providing quality service and maximising client retention

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Proven client service orientation
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Background in Financial Planning and/or Life Risk Insurance administration desirable but not essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT Competent including MS Office products, internet browsers and data base management
  • Good time management skills
  • Experience in Xplan desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment and liaise with other staff members

The position is part-time, 60% FTE.
