Key Account Support role and Operations Coordinator within the Sales team. Assisting the ZETR Business Development Managers with daily quotations and order invoicing, the role is coupled with the back-of- house Coordination of all account and order logistics, including 3PL coordination, accounts receivable and basic administration tasks.

You are a team player, someone who is keen and willing to keep learning every day. You will be great at working both collaboratively and independently and be able to think on your feet to get the job done. Experience in an administration role is essential, you will need to be detail driven. You thrive in a fast paced work environment and love to be busy. Everyone calls you a problem solver.

Previous experience in the architectural/ design industry not essential. You’re a people person - engaged, thorough and honest in all interactions. 


Sales Support

- First point of contact for customers across web, phone and email.

- Manage the entry of all quotations, through our online Inventory management platform Quickbooks

- Coordinate any sampling required for allocated BDM regions

- Process All Account order deposits, across all regions


- Manage shipping and couriers (alongside our 3rd Party Logistics team)

- Basic bookkeeping duties including coding expenses and managing through XERO software

- Manage and coordinate all Account balance receivables

- General office management duties

- Maintain brand identity through appearance, presentation and language

- Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safely are met

- Work in conjunction with the NSM to create a cohesive sales-to-operations pipeline

- Work closely with the Sales Support & Showroom Coordinator in ensuring all allocated tasks for both roles are completed in a timely manner

- Maintain brand identity through appearance, presentation and language 


- Proven sales ability, ideally with interest the architectural/design industry

- Administration experience in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to build positive working relationships

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Computer literate with commonplace platforms; Xcel, Word, Xero etc.
