The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Connections & Partnerships, our Consumer Experience Manager is responsible for shaping the consumer experience strategy, creating a data informed communications ecosystem and building key capabilities in digital and data strategy.

You will be expected to deeply understand the unique user journeys across each of our brands and categories, closely measure success along the journey and identify opportunities to continue to enhance, optimise and personalise the experience.

Key Responsibilities Include (not Limited To)
  • Deliver the strategy and framework for development of CX Journey Mapping to drive category growth and a sustainable competitive advantage
  • Define and build a comprehensive CX strategy for all priority brands to connect digital journey across websites, social, precision marketing and ecommerce
  • Define data requirements, briefing and working with key partners to collect data which will enable improvements to the consumer experience
  • Create holistic application of personalisation strategies either data activated across addressable channels or data informed across traditional
  • Create a robust measurement methodology to support continual optimization and refinement of the approach.
  • Establish a strong collaborative relationship with the agency to ensure agile execution of integrated, end to end experiences
  • Facilitate best practice sharing across regions sharing case studies, new capabilities, and learnings with the regional team
  • Be a student of the profession by keeping up with media and technology trends; helping share knowledge and build capabilities across the organization

Qualifications

This is a key, newly created strategic role within Consumer Health leading the strategy to drive consumer acquisition and retention, supporting business growth. As a leader, you will be expected to collaborate cross functionally and partner closely with our integrated agency partner, to shape the portfolio strategy and accelerate activation to engage our consumers, customers and professionals and deliver a best in class experience.

In Addition To This We Are Seeking
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree required
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing and/or a combination of Sales and Marketing experience is required.
  • FMCG and/or Consumer Health marketing experience is preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of marketing leadership including \strategy and execution, agency management and brand marketing and communications is required.
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital ecosystems, user journey mapping, connected commerce and systems integration is required
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional and management to impact decision-making is required
  • Experience with agile methodologies preferred
  • Prior experience working with Legal, Regulatory and global partners is required
