You will be required to develop and deploy Supply Chain strategy, in partnership with Commercial, to ensure that the APeJC market and patients are optimally and efficiently served.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Shape the AP Operational Portfolio Management forum
  • Lead and shape Supply Chain market strategy development
  • Ensure proactive communication of Janssen Supply Chain issues to E2E Supply Chain Leader
  • Committed to improving customer experience and driving innovation
  • Lead Program/Project Portfolio Management for APeJC
  • Drive New product launches for APeJC markets
Main Accountabilities
  • Janssen Supply Chain (JSC) local market (APeJC) strategy development and execution.
  • Represent JSC in commercial teams to facilitate conscious profitable trade-off decisions
  • Issue Management Support and Communication
  • Operational Portfolio Management (OPM) and Program/Project Portfolio Management
  • New Product Launches

To be considered you will have:
  • A minimum of 9 years business experience is required.
  • Broad experience which translates to a comprehensive knowledge base of the Pharmaceutical operations including manufacturing, planning, marketing, finance, distribution and regulatory structures is preferred.
  • Strong project management competencies and experience
  • Proven understanding of the principles of finance to include preparation of business case, Net Present Value assessment and development of Cost of Goods standards is preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate and partner with resources from different functional groups and at different levels of organization to deliver customer service while balancing cost
  • Concise executive messaging, inclusive and collaborative partner management, and attention to detail is required.
  • Experience in SAP & SAP APO (or equivalent ERP/SC planning system) is preferred.
  • Broad understanding of Janssen business (Supply Chain/Commercial) is preferred.
  • Understanding of supply chain capabilities including cost of services that drive innovative solutions and respond quickly to customer needs is required.
  • Ability to influence and engage partners beyond functional responsibilities and deliver results is required.
  • This position is based in based in Singapore (preferred location)/Sydney/Seoul/Mumbai and may require up to 15% regional and/or global travel.
