About You

We are looking for a Contracts Coordinator to join our fast paced and busy team. You must have proven experience liaising and providing commercial and procurement advice and assistance to both internal and external clients, and be able to manage a large workload.

The Role

This role is in the Procurement Branch at PTA, which facilitates the development of contracts that supports the planning and delivery of projects under METRONET and PTA major projects, and to support the business and network operations of PTA. As the Contracts Coordinator's team at the PTA is fast paced, you must possess knowledge and experience in the application of Government procurement policies, procedures and guidelines. You must also have proven experience in procurement activities and contract development with an eye for detail.

There is a fixed term opportunity currently available up to 30 June 2023 with the possibility of an extension and / or permanency.

Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool for 12 months from which fixed term or permanent appointments may be made.
