About the role

We have an immediate opportunity for experienced Systems Assurance Engineers to join our Melbourne team. You will ensure that rail systems being delivered as part of projects are being designed, constructed and operated in order to meet the safety, reliability, availability and maintainability requirements. You will also:

  • Coordinate and monitor of systems assurance activities
  • Support the project and tender teams in effectively implementing risk management elements, recommending effective risk control measures
  • Manage and monitor the systems assurance program on projects and tenders
  • Ensure safety requirements have been included in designs and communicated


About you

You drive a strong ‘Safety First’ culture and have solid background in System Assurance. You also possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering / Systems Engineering
  • Experience with Cisco ICT (desirable)
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to build relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands
