JOB DESCRIPTION


Reporting directly into the company Director, you will be tasked with providing quality admin support to the director and the overall team.


· Regular activities are varied and diverse, day-to-day tasks will include:

· High level of administrative support, including handling calendars, travel, and expenses

· You delight in planning and preparing for meetings; in attending meetings in order to

capture notes and action items; you own and drive follow through on output.

· You’ll support finance and accounting activities and ad-hoc projects

· You’ll support and maintain company CRM

· You’ll inspire office-based staff to further contribute to creating an amazing, hard-working

environment and better processes.

· MYOB experience highly desirable

· Accounts Payable and Buying supplies and services


Responsible for delivering quality results for our enviable client base.


TYPE OF EXPERIENCE WE FIND ATTRACTIVE


· Corporate Receptionist, Office Administration, Personal Assistant, Team Assistant

· Minimum 1 Year to Maximum 3 years experience

· You have high attention to detail

· You are comfortable working across multiple functions, and are able to ruthlessly prioritise

· You proactively develop relationships with key internal partners gaining recognition as a

team resource and go-to person for office-related questions.

· You have positive energy, are organized, decisive, and used to working on your own
