Advantedge supports mortgage brokers and mortgage managers with end-to-end loan processing and administration support. From pre- to post-settlement stages, Advantedge also gives brokers access to a personalised lending team that prides itself on excellent service.

Your new role
Hays is assisting Advantedge in the recruitment of various roles available within three different teams across Funding, Settlements and Construction Loans. Some of the duties include:

  • Following up with brokers or third-party regarding discharge issues
  • Importing customer loans into our system
  • General update of customer details, e.g Direct Debit details etc
  • Processing loan variations and changes (admin only)
  • Processing redraws
  • Issuing customer letters
  • General file management
  • Booking in discharge property settlements
  • Checking that documents are within compliance guidelines
  • Quality checking files that come through to the team
  • Dealing with administrative duties within the discharges process
  • Communicating via phone to key stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you must exhibit the following:

  • Previous administration experience (preferred).
  • Degree in Banking or Finance (preferred but not compulsory)
  • Experience in customer service
  • Established problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
