About the role:

  • Undertaking end to end case management activities
  • Resolving matters through case management of activities and working in line with relevant legislation and policies
  • Undertaking case management of low to complex matters
  • Applying dispute resolution and advocacy skills to resolve matters
  • Preparation of documents for case hearings
  • Maintaining electronic records including electronic storage of evidence

About you:

  • Experience working in a previous case management role - end to end
  • Experience of working in line with policies and legislation
  • Strong and adaptable communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
  • High attention to detail
  • Working to strict deadlines
  • Autonomous self-starter


  • 12-month temporary assignment
  • Melbourne CBD OR Geelong location
  • Full time hours Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
  • $45.74 per hour plus super
  • ASAP start
