We are looking for a high performing Planning Manager to join a high performing media team here at PHD.

You will be responsible for bringing the media strategy, campaign planning and implementation to life. This is a role that will see you partner with a number of specialist business units internally and externally and managing those relationship along with the day to day client account management.

Your day to day…

  • Strategic media development: Lead the media strategy development process in conjunction with the strategy team when appropriate
  • Origination of the Communications Plan: The creation of channel plans that build from the core media idea
  • Client relationship management: the principal client contact for the whole planning process.
  • Identification and management of creative / innovative media initiatives that are born out of the strategic media direction.
  • Responsible for working with Investment team to ensure comm's framework is executed accurately
  • Ensuring all media goals and strategies are achievable and executable within budgets using support of investment
  • Own the planning process across all media This will include making sure digital adheres to Source principles.

Who are you?

  • You have solid experience in strategy/planning and have a strong operational mindset
  • You are a great idea generator and able to generate ideas backed up with marketing theory and planning rigour
  • You have a thorough understanding of the digital ecosystem and all available avenues for campaign activation
  • You're fuelled by the need to deliver the best output for your clients and are able to anticipate their needs
  • You're able to think critically and fully evaluate solutions to problems.
  • You're able to work effectively with the wider team and agency with solid communication skills

Salary Package: $70,000-$85,000
