The Opportunity

As such, we're currently looking for an organised and resourceful Field Operations Administrator to join our National Field Sales team in our head office in Macquarie Park.

Reporting directly into the National Field Sales Operations Manager, this role will manage and improve field communication processes to provide clear visibility of in store activities and priorities across all Goodman Fielder retail customers and categories (Baking & Grocery).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear and concise communication at all levels of field sales to drive in store activations and lift in store execution standards
  • Manage the two-way information flow, including in store data collection and performance reporting, between Head Office and the Field Sales Team
  • Assist in the creation and automation of field planning and communication processes on to the Goodman Fielder CRM platform (Salesforce)
  • Work cross functionally to develop and improve retail sales “end to end” in store execution planning & priority setting processes
  • Manage the “end to end” supply of Point of Sale, including allocations and the communication processes from warehouse to store
  • Work as an integral member of the Field Support Team to develop “best in class” field sales systems, processes & tools

What you need:

  • 2+ Years of Field Administration Experience & knowledge of the Australian FMCG landscape
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Salesforce & information systems
  • Communication, influencing, planning and prioritising skills
