This role would suit someone who has had previous experience working in an pub , restaurant or hotel environment and has experience in a high-pressure kitchen doing a large number of covers. The successful applicant will have good time management skills, be able to work well as part of a team, be able to maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness and will ideally be passionate about the industry and looking to develop and grow their skills,

This is a hands on role and you will be working closely with the Head Chef working on menus, recipes, costing, stock management and quality control you will be in charge of the team whilst the Head Chef is absent. You will be expected to keep the same high standards in the cooking and presentation of food and making sure the kitchen is kept clean.

We are looking for someone who can slot into our team and is able to work across a number of sections, including cold larder, hots/pans, and grill; and experience in pizzas will be an advantage.
