About the role

As an experienced Super Administrator, your superstar skills will be utilised by administering and coordinating administration services to ensure maximum efficiencies for the business.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Processing enrolments for new students and maintaining up to date student files and records using VETtrak;
  • Effectively managing workflows and paperwork to/from trainers and assessors and students;
  • Maintain compliance, audit and quality management activities to meet ASQA requirements;
  • Assisting with customer service requirements (managing inbound inquiries and making outbound calls and follow-ups);
  • Identification of non-compliances and action rectification;
  • Reporting data regularly to government bodies as required.

As an experienced Administrator, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Success within a similar administration role (extra bonus points if with an RTO);
  • A positive can-do attitude with exceptional attention to detail and a focus on getting the job done;
  • Driven to make a change which can be achieved through proactively supporting students through the whole lifecycle of the student journey;
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on improving internal processes and procedures to maximise efficiency;
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with students and peers from diverse cultural backgrounds and work as a team member;
  • VETtrak experience and an understanding of the Australian VET system highly regarded;
  • Knowledge of AQF framework and participant knowledge requirements highly regarded.
