Support Workers – Home Care

  • Choose the days you work, we're flexible
  • 20 - 40 hrs per fortnight. Permanent part time or Casual
  • Perth Metro Region – all suburbs
  • $200 sign on bonus for successful candidates

About the roles:

Do you want to work in a more flexible and independent manner? How would you like to choose the days you work?

We’re looking for Support Workers (Home Care) across Perth's Northern, Eastern, Southern & Western Suburbs.

If you’re available 3 – 4 days a week, we'll find shifts to suit you – even if you’re currently studying.

As a valued team member, you’ll be part of a broader group that provides quality & person-focused care in people’s homes. We’re proud to offer tailored services and make the time we spend with clients as valuable as possible. If you join us, you'll be helping us enable them to live at home safely & comfortably for as long as possible!

We’ll also be asking you to: -

  • Assist with daily living activities – cleaning, personal care, medication monitoring, meal preparation, shopping & social support.
  • Regularly liaise with our Care Coordinators to provide updates on client care needs.
  • Carefully follow client care plans, and log activities via smartphone.
  • Develop trust and maintain positive rapport with our clients & their families.

About you

You’re comfortable working on your own, and more importantly, care about our clients as much as we do.

With experience in aged or community care, you love what you do. Building relationships with people comes naturally, and you know that good Support Workers can make such a difference in the quality of someone's life.

We can genuinely say, that our team is dedicated. Some of our Support Workers have been with us for more than 10 years now!

Success in this role, and job satisfaction will be greatly ensured if you have:

  • Initiative and the ability to effectively prioritise & multi task.
  • Great interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn & use new software for record keeping.
  • First Aid Certificate.
