About the role

We are seeking a talented lawyer to join our Corporate Commercial team.

You will have the opportunity to be heavily involved in a diverse breadth of work involving matters related to unregulated M&A, corporate transactions and governance, private business, joint ventures and general commercial contracting.

This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with our Partners in this team, to learn from their experience and to contribute with your initiative and hands-on approach.

About you

You will have experience in this area and a good understanding of commercial practice that comes from your 2-6 years of post-admission experience as a lawyer.

We look for talented people who have strong communication skills, demonstrated commerciality and client focus, the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment, and excellent technical knowledge and drafting skills.

You will also exhibit:
