Sourci is a fast-growing and industry disruptive scale-up working with established brands, start-up ecommerce hustlers, Amazon sellers, Instagram brands you definitely know and well versed importers. We help Australian, USA and New Zealand businesses save time and money by finding them the perfect factories, working with them closely to help them manufacture, develop products and import from vendors all over the world. Sounds exciting and different to your average sales job? It is! 


We are growing fast – tripling our headcount in the last 12 months and opening 3 new offices globally. Our team currently consists of over 50 incredible humans working across hubs in Melbourne, China, India, Vietnam and Indonesia with our HQ here in Cremorne, Melbourne. We’re working hard to help thousands of companies take control of their supply chain. With your help, we’re hoping to continue on our rapid growth path and expand our offices globally, becoming a leader in sourcing & procurement.

We are looking for people who:

  • Demonstrate passion, hustle and a true drive to succeed
  • Proven sales capabilities and have a successful sales track record with 1-2 years + practical experience within a sales/business development environment
  • Have a winning and positive attitude and so will fit right in with our awesome culture and team
  • Work well in a team and see the big picture for company cohesion and growth
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships over the phone, on zoom and in-person meetings
  • Are well organised and will take ownership of the role
  • Don’t necessarily have a sourcing/product development/logistics background (helpful, but not essential) and instead have an appetite to dive into the ever-evolving and fascinating world of manufacturing.

The Role and day to day includes:

  • Communicating with many established, start-up and scaling businesses; discovering how they want us to help their businesses scale and grow
  • Inbound lead management and nurturing
  • Outbound lead generation
  • Constant learning about manufacturing across the globe
  • Evaluating projects, coaching businesses and creating tailored solutions and proposals
  • Seeking new opportunities
