JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is core to our business and helps us ensure our customers’ IT systems operate at a high level of efficiency. You will be able to work with customers on sharing ways various technologies can improve their businesses.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate some or all the following key skills and attributes at a competent level:

Key skills

  • Manage faults to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
  • Perform equipment configurations and installations
  • Provide professional customer service and support
  • Monitor and Maintain customer environments
  • Implement projects & support services
  • Escalate complex incidents across the team
  • Industry trained, certified, or experienced in one or more of Network Technologies (Routing, Switching, DNS), 3CX Telephony, Microsoft (Office) 365, Security, Microsoft Windows, Tier 1 / HPE Server Hardware

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Information Technology or equivalent postgraduate qualification
  • Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Information Technology
  • 2 Years’ experience

Full time Position
This is a full-time position of 38 Hours per week with annual earnings in the range of $55,000 to $65,000 per year.
