JOB DESCRIPTION

We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team in Perth!
About the role
This is a busy and varied role where you will effectively manage the administration of the project. You will also:
  • Record meeting minutes, book project team appointments and travel bookings
  • Purchase Orders and Goods Receipting (SAP)
  • Rail Industry Worker Card competency management
  • Book project inductions and training courses
  • Manage the formal project document control process including, transmitting to external parties as well as manager the receipt of all incoming documentation
  • Manage and maintain all project related registers and folders
About you
You are customer focused and team orientated with excellent communication skills. You are a multitasker and committed to the smooth day to day running of the team on the project. To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Solid proven experience in similar role
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite of programs
  • A high level of written and oral communication, planning and presentation skills.
  • Previous experience with formal document control systems and implementation.
