About the Role:

We have an outstanding opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic Business Analyst CRM within our highly professional team. In this key role you will provide expert analytical support and participate in the acquisition, analysis, design review, configuration, testing and configuration of CFA business and IT solutions. You will pay an important role in managing key relationships within CFA business units and ICT Services - ensuring systems and underlying business processes are maintained and objectives are supported in an efficient and effective manner. Further detailed responsibilities will include:

  • Working with project sponsors and stakeholders to prepare robust business cases.
  • Working with business stakeholders and technology resources to develop and manage scope associated with procurement and vendor management activities.
  • Acting as the functional subject matter expert for the CRM suite and the associated business processes.
  • Conducting testing activities and production of testing documents, conducting product training and producing training materials.

About You:

To succeed in this key role, you will be tertiary qualified in Information Technology, Business or a related discipline and you demonstrate a broad background in IT Systems development, implementation and support with credible experience working as a CRM business analyst in complex IT System implementation projects. You will be knowledgeable and experienced with BA and project delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) and you will be assisted by your experience working in a matrix structure, delivering multiple complex projects with competing time-frames.

Further detailed requirements include:

  • Experience in application testing activities and testing documentation.
  • Experience in writing business requirements and training documents.

You will be enthusiastic, motivated and highly organised with the ability to meet on-going strict deadlines and your strong communication and interaction skills will allow you to liaise with internal/external customers in a professional and customer service-focussed manner.
