PTA Level 6, $117,589 pa (plus 9.50% super)

About the Role:

A challenging and rewarding Project Management position currently exists within the Land and Building Services unit at CFA. With responsibility for the management of the substantial CFA real estate portfolio across Victoria and the delivery of the organisation's capital works programs, the Land and Building Services unit delivers its services through specialist teams of project managers.

As a Project Manager, you will be accountable for the successful delivery, monitoring and reporting of assigned projects across the State within required budgets, scope, quality and timeframes. Reporting to the Program Manager and working closely with the senior management team and key stakeholders, you will bring significant project management capability and expertise, ensuring compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements to achieve project outcomes within specified timeframes and budget.

About You:

  • Significant experience in managing and coordinating multiple and/or complex building projects and in applying project management methodologies.
  • Tertiary qualifications in project management, a building related discipline or equivalent extensive and relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven leadership skills and demonstrated ability to obtain effective cooperation and contributions from stakeholders (intra and inter project collaboration)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Proven ability to negotiate and deliver agreed outcomes.
  • Demonstrated commitment to OH&S compliance applied to the delivery of projects
  • Proven experience to effectively manage financial resources to deliver project outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multi-disciplinary teams
