The Opportunity
 
We are looking for a Creative Content Manager to work within the Endeavour Creative Studio. Here you will be working across a number of Australia's biggest liquor retail brands - Dan Murphy’s, BWS, Langton’s, Cellarmasters, Shorty’s Liquor and Jimmy Brings. 

A great opportunity to work at one of Sydney's highly sought after internal creative studios. 

As the Creative Content Manager, you will be responsible for running a team of high performing content creators. A mixture of ‘on the tools’ content creation as well as working with various stakeholders across the business to shape and lead brand-specific content strategies.

Reporting into the Head of Creative, you will be an integral part of the creative studio, running all things content creation, you and your team will be managing shoots working on storyboards as well as production timelines, ensuring you hit deadlines. You will be responsible for managing and working with various stakeholders across the businesses and ensuring that we are creating content that really pushes creativity and takes the brands to the next level.
 
What you will be doing: 

  • Managing and Producing in-house & online content videos across all brands and divisions at Endeavour 
  • including creative direction, art direction, styling, storyboarding, planning, filming, editing & delivering into the requested output
  • Shortlist and vet applicable talent for shoots where needed
  • Develop creative content strategies for the Endeavour Group brands
  • Develop and shape photo/video content for brand alignment
  • Drive content strategy and apply the brands' voice and tone in a way that drives engagement 
  • Taking lead in photo/animation/video content production
  • End to end workflow - plan, create storyboards, implement, execute & create engaging content across multiple platforms
  • Analyse & generate learnings from customer insights 
  • Creating assets with data collected from past video performance
  • Inform & communicate with Marketing regularly to show what content is available for upcoming campaigns
  • Clarify requirements & manage expectations of both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure content meets the team's needs & look for areas where we can deliver assets that have not been previously considered
  • Willing to travel, both locally and interstate

 
Your Background 
 
You will have at least 6 years experience in production management and photo & video ideation and shooting, with proven experience managing Creators, Producers and editors. We’re looking for you to bring your creativity, strategic thinking and natural leadership ability into this exciting and career defining role.
 
Specifically, we’re looking for someone who is:

  • Proactive and innovative, demonstrating the ability to identify and bring to life new content opportunities
  • Background in social media/content creation/production
  • Liaise with team members & proactively seek potential projects/draft video content plans from other teams
  • Advanced knowledge with camera equipment, lighting & audio 
  • Flexibility and supporting the company’s needs
  • Experienced in Adobe Creative software, such as Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects & Audition
  • Experience with Cinema 4D/ 3D shooting and Shoot automation would be an advantage
