Having recently added to our People & Culture with a Talent Acquisition Manager to drive recruitment across NSW, we are excited to be in a position to further expand our hiring team in VIC. We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Melbourne office in an autonomous role that will see you driving quality recruitment outcomes, joining a cohesive and collaborative team in People and Culture, supported by an engaging and interactive management team.

As an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager, your primary focus in this role will be around candidate management and engagement, from sourcing to onboarding, with additional opportunities to get involved in supporting our marketing team across employer branding projects, social media engagement, and most importantly, employee experience. This role will suit agency recruiters who are looking to make the move to an internal recruitment role, or perhaps you’re currently working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the tech space.

  • Engage and Recruit top talent (and genuine good humans) experienced in Microsoft Azure, Cloud and DevOps
  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate, from sourcing/application stage to offer, including evaluating skill level, and driving a respectful interview process
  • Assist in improving processes and procedures to enhance the overall recruitment cycle
  • Work in an autonomous capacity, driving outcomes to your own high level of personal standards and integrity (fitting right in with our crew!)
  • Showcase your strong desire to be a brand ambassador for Arinco and our services
  • Support the business with occasional ad-hoc tasks to continually enhance our awesome culture

Your awesomeness will include:

  • Previous IT recruitment and/or resourcing experience in an agency or IT consultancy, hiring senior and/or savvy technology specialists with solid Azure skill sets
  • The ability to manage multiple jobs roles in an organised manner
  • Proven experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a top-quality candidate experience
  • A track record of personal accountability, driven by strong work ethic and integrity
  • Strong and proven organisational skills with attention to detail as you multi-task
  • Ability to handle and enhance employee relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships in the Microsoft Cloud and DevOps community
  • Previous experience in Microsoft focused recruitment would be highly advantageous (you will be hiring Azure App Devs, DevOps Engineers, Modern Workplace and Modern Identity consultants, Data Architects, Data Engineers and Cloud Infrastructure specialists)
