Our client is one of the largest independent property valuations and advisory groups in Australia. They have offices in every capital city and most regional centres, and right across rural Australia. This includes residential properties and major development projects; commercial, industrial and retail; rural and agribusiness; and corporate and government portfolios.

They are seeking Administration Assistants in their Subiaco office, where you will be researching, registering, and booking evaluations for the valuations team.

About You

You will be a reliable and proactive Administration Assistant, with high attention to detail. It is important that you are willing to travel to Subiaco 8:00am – 4:30pm full-time.

You will have;

  • Prior experience in an office environment
  • High organisational skills, and excellent attention-to-detail
  • A pleasant, confident phone manner
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work as part of a large team

The Role

Your job duties will vary each day, but the process will remain the same. You will be researching the properties and compiling a report for the valuations team. Full, extensive training is provided.

Duties will include;

  • Data entry of property details, including customer information
  • Booking and organising property valuations with customers
  • Managing valuation appointments in valuer’s calendars
  • Conducting property-related document searches
  • Managing customer enquiries
  • General office administration as required
