Suburban Rail Loop Authority is responsible for all aspects of the project including planning and development of the reference design, investment case, site investigations, stakeholder engagement, planning approvals and procurement, through to precinct planning, construction delivery and project commissioning. About the opportunity

The Learning and Development team deploys corporate learning and organisational development activities including leadership and management programs, corporate induction, capability development programs, managing and responding to employee engagement surveys and learning consultancy services.

The Advisor, Learning and Development is responsible for initiating, coordinating and contributing to the capability development of SRLA employees and the provision of advice on training resources. Reporting to the Manager, Learning, Development and Inclusion (LD&I) the Learning and Development (L&D) Advisor will support the design, development and delivery of effective learning and organisational development solutions across SRLA.

The role has responsibility for the coordination and administration of a range of L&D activities including maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS); training participation and course administration; learning needs analysis; and development and maintenance of the L&D related collateral.
