Fixed Term Part Time, 2 days per week

PTA 2, $55,642 PA (plus 9.50% super)

About the Role:

An exciting part-time opportunity exists for a District Support Officer based in Horsham. Key responsibilities will include coordinating daily administrative duties including the preparation of documents, collating and researching, diary management, data entry, records administration, database and systems coordination and general office support. You will provide a high level of customer service and establish excellent working relationships with a range of clients, ensuring their requests and issues are dealt with in a highly professional manner. From time to time there may be additional projects and tasks to support Management.

About You:

You will be an experienced administrator with good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build good working relationships with key stakeholders. You will demonstrate excellent organisational and time-management skills and a proactive and autonomous approach. Previous experience with MS Office and database management, drafting documents, preparing correspondence and reporting to a professional standard are important to this role.
