About the team and role

The SA-NT Local Lending Hub has been established to provide the home loan customers in our state with a customer experience that is second to none. The mid-sized team is made up of lenders based across Adelaide Metro and the Northern Territory.

Known internally as a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for the success of our customers via the provision of relevant products and services that truly meet their financial needs. You will play an integral part in driving growth in our state.

You will complete loan applications and appointments via phone, or digital means with the occasional requirement to conduct a face-to-face appointment in a branch or head office location allowing for our customer’s choice.

We are looking for a motivated person who isn’t afraid to ask for the business, has a passion for lending and someone that will thrive in a collaborative, high performance environment.

This is a permanent, full time position and is based at our city head office but has the flexibility also to be out of one of our corporate branch locations. To best support the successful candidate, you’ll spend the first 6-8 weeks in Adelaide Head Office where we’ll provide structured coaching and development.

Capability, experience and qualifications

A highly organised person that can prioritise their work effectively and manage a lending pipeline
Experience in home lending and assessing customer needs to tailor practical financial solutions, with accreditation and quality submissions.
Proven high quality outcomes on the lending submissions and file reviews
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage varied workloads, pressures and can prioritise their work managing a lending pipeline
History of achieving strong results
Highly developed relationship building skills with both customers and our internal stakeholders
Effective written, verbal communication and listening skills with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone
Highly skilled in problem solving and structuring credit scenarios for customers
Open to feedback, but also taking initiative to develop yourself
