Reporting to the PR & Communications Manager, the PR & Influencer Specialist will heavily work with external vendors to ensure Pandora's presence across digital and traditional media channels. This position is part of our Global PR department which is a dedicated team based around the world, including the Global Office in Copenhagen and regional offices in Europe, Americas, Pacific and Asia.

Core Responsibilities

  • Developing and distributing press materials - coordinating and arranging meetings with key opinion leaders where relevant
  • Driving strong presence of Pandora across earned and sponsored press campaigns; identifying strategy and tactics to further amplify brand opportunities in media
  • Proactively compiling pitch lists/press plans; regularly updating contact databases and staying across industry movements
  • Managing influencer marketing campaigns - briefing, negotiating and facilitating delivery of content
  • Providing all requisite support for the execution of events
  • Sample inventory and PR room management - sending loans and gifting, handling returns, maintaining accurate cupboard counts, maintaining magazine library
  • Monitoring coverage outcomes and compiling all requisite reporting/analysis using service platforms and social media tools


  • Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Journalism or similar

Experience and Skills

  • Minimum 4 years agency or in-house PR experience, preferably in the retail or fashion industry
  • Demonstrated relationships with press, agencies and suppliers
  • Microsoft Office Suite intermediate to advanced level with PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Strong insight into media, retail and fashion landscaped
