Our client is a global company offering a high quality and vast audiology product portfolio including diagnostic equipment and Hearing Aids.

About the opportunity

A new opening has become vacant for a qualified Audiologist or Audiometrist seeking to showcase their clinical expertise and strong business acumen in a National Clinical Sales role.

Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the Chief Audiologist you will be responsible for offering unmatched customer service, and product knowledge to a wide customer base across independent hearing clinics; government entities; hospitals; allied health professionals and corporate accounts. You will be flexible in your approach, tenacious to seek out and close new business opportunities and build strong partnerships with customers.


  • To achieve sales revenue and market share targets for your Diagnostic Hearing Equipment across the country
  • Maintain existing customers and develop new accounts
  • Provide product training and audiological and technical support to customers
  • On-site installation and set-up of equipment
  • Practice effective territory management in terms of planning, organisation and administration, along with timely and accurate expense planning

Skills &Experience required

  • Qualified Audiologist or Audiometrist essential
  • Eligibility for Full Membership of Audiology Australia (AudA) or the Australian College of Audiology (ACAud)
  • Strong audiological diagnostic procedural and interpretative knowledge
  • Hearing aid product and fitting software knowledge
  • Ability to run and provide education, training and in-servicing
  • Ability to manage vast and diverse product portfolios, strive for excellence in providing superior product knowledge
  • Commercially savvy, strong business acumen and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and achieve targets
  • Able to work effectively and collaboratively within a team environment as well as autonomously
  • Available for intense intrastate, interstate travel and occasional international travel
